The 3 basic rules of exercise

Sharing my imfamous 3 rules of exercising for maximum benefit (not serious, but helpful nonetheless!_

Rule #1: Don't get injured.

Rule #2: Push as far as you can without getting injured

Rule #3: When you do get injured, learn from it - and go back to rule #1 !

Although, if you'd prefer to completely avoid injury, try an approach with progressive overload that doesn't carry as much risk. I recommend either training in the gym with a good coach/Personal Trainer or using The Happy Body (as written by acclaimed weightlifting champions Mr J. and Mrs A. Gregorek)
