What to expect during our time together
1:1 sessions are varied and tailored according to what you require on the day.
I engage in energy work throughout, interspersed with breathwork and processes to connnect with your own inner wisdom. Many clients only require a single session, and feel much more confident in trusting themselves afterwards.
You are welcome to ask questions throughout and are free to choose what you want to focus on.
For some, they prefer to speak about their past or future hopes, releasing resistance in their mind. You may be offered a very deep meditative practice to repeat, or mantras and affirmations supporting current/near-future circumstances. I do not specialise in predictions, although my channeling occasionally includes this.
The purpose of your session is to get results that lead you into a more expansive and conscious life, not simply to feel good (although after aligning you tend to feel better and better).
My style is light-hearted and humorous, and I create a safe space so you can feel whatever is demanding your attention. There may be tears, or anger, or pain, but I'll be there to help you choose to follow your soul's advice.
